Starting off early on a Sunday, 4 cadets and 3 staff got the opportunity to join Enstone Flying Club’s members to view the 4 replica Supermarine Spitfire Mk26Bs, at Enstone Airfield. During this day, we got up close and personal to the Spitfires and no photo opportunity was missed! We helped out with directing the flying club members into the car park, carrying out FOD searches and finally returning the aircraft back into the Hangar at the end of the day. Privileged, we also got a go in the flight sim they have there too!
